Flintstone Demolition Contractors has been around for over 37 years, and during that time we have built a foundation of trust among our many clients. Every decision and action we take is deeply rooted in our set of values. Every job we take on continues to form who we are as a company.

Our Story

Flintstone has been involved in all aspects of the construction industry, commercial to residential, since its incorporation in May of 1979. Although our company roots have been in concrete and rock breaking, we have expanded into a respected demolition, excavation, and as of 2013, water and sewer installation company. As a designated PRIME Contractor, Flintstone has the ability to act as a general contractor, as well as a subcontractor.

Our Team

Our management team is made up of John Hrabluik, Bill Dekort, and Nathan Dekort; with a combined experience level of over 80 years in the Demolition & Excavation industry. Any work that does not fall under our expertise is completed by qualified subcontractors working directly under Flintstone’s guidance and safety program.

Bonding

Flintstone is a bondable company, should the project you need completed require bonding.

Safety

Safety in the workplace has always been a priority for Flintstone, as our safety record over the past 37 years reflects. We have always been in good standing with WCB and have maintained COR since 1997. We are involved with Partners in Reduction (PIR) and are members of the National Demolition Association, with their safety guidelines incorporated into our safety program.

Environmental

It has been Flintstone’s goal to reduce waste to our landfills from our demolition projects through recycling and salvage. We follow the City of Calgary Environmental policies and comply with all environmental legislation.
